During these intensive courses we dedicate a good amount amount of time to the practice of yoga having much more time available than in the regular day to day classes. We are thus able to go into more depth and work on technique with greater precision.
We practice yoga postures, some simple breathing techniques and guided visualisations, achieving a deep state of relaxation and harmony. At the end of the yoga sessions, we spend time meditating, ending the day with pleasant and extended relaxation.
These workshops are designed to enable anyone to attend, whether they are a novice or regular practitioner. It is also suited for those unable to attend weekday classes and have the opportunity to join Saturday practice which is supervised by an instructor, and guided to each one's needs.
